I had a prior commitment on Thursday night so unfortunately, I was only able to catch part of the third period. got some cute baby pictures at the autograph session though!

The Wild defeated the Merritt Centennials 6-1 to start off their three-game home series.

About the Photographer - Russ Alman

I have had a passion for photography since I was a kid and aspired to become a sports photographer since I shot pictures for my high school yearbook in 1985.

While it's not realistic to make a living doing sports photography for local teams, as the co-owner of Digital Media Northwest, I have access to the equipment, so I can provide this service at very low event fee for local teams as a way to give back to the community. I have been the team photographer for the Wenatchee Wild for 5 years and also shoot the home games for all of Wenatchee Valley College Knights teams.
