In addition to hosting the Nanaimo Clippers, Feb. 10 was "Knight at the Wild," a partnership with Wenatchee Valley College, featuring discounted tickets for WVC students and staff, concourse booths hosted by WVC clubs, programs and organizations, a puck drop by new WVC president, Dr. Faimous Harrison. Ticket proceeds supported the WVC Foundation, which provides scholarships, emergency grants and more to students in need.
