We're really pleased with how the Digital World is shaping up. Dominick and Russ both contribute to this weekly column in the Wenatchee World, which features content submitted to the paper through social media and trending social media topics.
We've been making a conscious effort to move away from just reprinting engaging pictures shared with the World through social media, and moving more towards documenting events and activities in the community with multimedia, integrating photography and video, and merging the print and digital audiences.

This coming week, watch for Digital World to feature Make A Difference Day. Dom and Russ will complement the World's reports on the day's events with photos crowdsourced from social media, and also put together a video montage interviewing #MDDAY volunteers.
